Few Days

So...I've had a crazy past few days.  I moved back from school and it took me two full cars to get all my shit home.  It's time to downsize.  In more ways than one.  I've been just crazy.  I had to go to my friends wake and funeral and simply adapting to being back at home changed my eating a bit.  And also, I went to a Macklemore concert yesterday with my boy and we kind of splurged and split a brownie and I'm suprised at myself for not munchieing everything at the concert.  And I felt good enough to wear a backless dress and I didn't feel like a total pig in it.  Just a chunk of more weight and I'll be comforatble in it all.  Here's my damage:

So far today I just had a Banana for breakfast and had a protein drink while Spinning with my dad.  That's right.  I actually worked out today.  Now that I'm home I have time.  It felt good.  I don't have as much energy as I did but I got kinda a nice exercise high off of it. 

My boyfriend and I are planning on doing C25K together 3x a week, I plan on Spinning with my dad 3x a week, and doing ab workouts once a day.  At least until I go back for school.  Then we'll see what happens. 

My daily intake average is now: 1073.  I'm getting down closer to my goal. 

Bad news is that I found out my scale was wrong.  My parents' scale is the exact same one as mine, but reads about 3.5 pounds heavier.  Which was on par with the scale at the gym this morning.  So as of right now I don't really know where I stand, but I do know that weight loss is consistent so that's good. 

I am still on track for my Goal 1 of 170.0.  I'm just further off than I thought I was.  We'll see what happens.
