So far today I've eaten one last piece of chicken from last night, a banana, and two tablespoons of peanut butter. And I just weighed in at 171.5! Thats the lowest I've seen in a long time. Hopefully it'll stay off! Almost to my first goal of 170!
I'm debating what I should eat for dinner...I'd rather eat it nowish so I don't have anything sitting in my stomach when I go to bed.
