Rough

Today was rough.  There's nothing else to say.  Total calories 1182.  Not good enough.  I binged right before bed which I know I shouldn't have. 

Fuck it. 

Total all month: 5935
Daily Average: 1187.

I will get it below a thousand.

  1. Hey girl, are you doing a good breakfast in the morning? It really helps keep the calorie count down as the day goes on.
    What I find helps me is to just take what I need and make sure it's when I'm on the way out from somewhere, like an apple as I go to my mom's or something. That way I can't just go ham on the kitchen. Don't be too hard on yourself because that just makes a binge happen even more.

  2. That's an awesome idea. I usually have a banana or egg whites in the morning just get my metabolism going again which does seem to help keep the calorie count down :)
