New Low!

Hello pretties <3

Today was a good day.  I went to the doctor and got my glasses prescription enhanced (thank god) because I couldn't see a thing.  And thankfully my frames are still continued so I bought two pairs just in case.  They are part of my identity.  I don't know what I would do if I had to wear a different pair.  People know me for my glasses.  Then I went shopping with mom for shoes but wound up with just a dinky pair of sunglasses.  Better than nothing I suppose.

Then I cought up with my boyf for our run.  He's so good.  He supports me so much with my weight loss goal.  He knows I'm restricting.  And he doesn't try to yell at me for it.  He respects that it has worked for me in the past and just tries to help when he can. 

So he and I are teaching ourselves to run a day at a time.  Specifically tuesday, wednesday, and friday after he gets back from work (and looks damn cute in his work outfits).  We're doing C25K together and since he's a faster runner than me, whenever we have to walk he walks back on the trail to fall back toward me so we can spend some time together <3 Love it.

So anyway, that's the only exercise I've done today :( Blahhhh but I'm going to do at least 2 abs of steel workouts after this.  And my boyf is coming to spinning tomorrow so that'll be fun <3

Average: 1179.

Also I reached a new low! 169.0 on my scale and 171.8 on my mom's scale! Yayyy!
